Volunteer Days and Times

The Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance and Club Show itself is on Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019. Many volunteers are needed before and during the Concours on Sunday. In addition, some volunteers are needed to help with Registration, Rig Parking, and Grounds Set-Up on Friday, Aug. 2, and Saturday, Aug. 3. Depending on the day and duties assigned, volunteer shifts will be 3 to 4 hours within morning, midday, afternoon or evening time blocks. Unless you indicate below that you will volunteer for more than one shift, we will assign you to work only one shift, one day.

Evening, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Sunday, August 4, 2019 Concours d’Elegance and Show & Glow Paddock

Early morning, 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Morning, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Afternoon, 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Volunteer Duties

Car Class Host, Milwaukee Concours d'Elegance (Sunday only)

Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance Volunteer Guidelines*

Please review the volunteer guidelines carefully. By submitting your registration you are agreeing to follow these guidelines:

--Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. Volunteers 14 to 18 years old may volunteer if working on the same task with a parent or legal guardian who is a volunteer.
--Our events are rain or shine and we count on you to work your shift regardless of the weather. For your comfort, dress according to the weather forecast!
--Proper dress: Volunteers are required to wear the volunteer t-shirt (provided at check-in) at Veterans Park. Dress for volunteers for the Speed & Style Social is business/cocktail.
--Volunteers may not bring companion animals/pets. Volunteers with ADA disabilities are welcome to bring their service animal.
--Please note, while we do our best to honor your assignment choices, we may need to reassign volunteers at the event based on unexpected needs or changes.
--Thank you in advance for your understanding and enthusiasm while volunteering!
