Media alert: Boys & Girls Clubs members to serve as judges

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee (BGCGM) Youth to Judge World-Class Cars at Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance

WHAT:  Classic Car owners will share their love of cars with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee youth at the 2016 Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance through the Hagerty Youth Judging program. Members of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee will have the chance to get up close to world-class Concours cars, meet the owners and learn the basics of judging. The Young Judges will learn historical features and details that will help them score the cars. Scores will be given on a scale of one-to-five in five basic categories including design, interior, electrical, paint and engine compartment. The youth judges will participate in the awards presentation ceremony as well.

WHERE:  Veteran’s Park – 1010 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive

WHEN: Sunday, August 28,  Judging 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.  Award Ceremony: The youth judges will present the owner of the car they deem most worthy of their award at noon.
