Auto show display to include four classic cars
Representatives of the Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance™ will be on hand to share information about the 2016 event at World of Wheels, Feb. 19 – 21, at Wisconsin State Fair Park, and the Greater Milwaukee Auto Show, Feb. 20 – 28, presented by ADAMM, at the Wisconsin Center, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance exhibit at the Greater Milwaukee Auto Show will be located on the first floor, in the lobby, on the Wells Street side of the venue.
The Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance display at the auto show will feature four classic cars including:
- 1932 Packard 902 Coupe Roadster, 320-cu.in. 8 cylinder, 3-speed Synchromesh, 110 h.p.
- 1937 Ford Cabriolet, 221 cu.in. flathead V8, 85 h.p.
- 1938 Bugatti Type 57 Ventoux Coupe, 3.3-liter twin overhead cam inline 8 cylinder engine, 140 h.p.
- 1970 Plymouth Superbird, built to qualify for NASCAR, 440 Magnum engine, 480 foot pounds of torque, 375 h.p.
At World of Wheels, Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance will share exhibit space with Wisconsin Hot Rod Radio. “We’re grateful to Capt’n Bob and Arlo for including us in their space,” said Mike O’Krongly, director – The Masterpiece Ltd.
In the beautiful setting of Milwaukee lakefront Veterans Park, the Midwest’s premier concours d’elegance is set for Sunday, Aug. 28, with the 12th annual Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance. Select vehicles will be judged and selected for prestige awards including Best of Show.
The Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance weekend also includes Show & Glow by the Lake™, a celebration of all things motorized, Aug. 27, 2016, at Veterans Park. More than a casual car show, Show & Glow by the Lake includes motorcycles, trucks and even boats, collectively defining enthusiasts in the Midwest.
Saturday also will feature an evening social with food, beverage and a silent auction. The elegant Milwaukee Club is the setting for the 2016 Style & Speed Social.
Proceeds from the weekend’s events will benefit Autism Society of SE Wisconsin, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee and Meta House.
The Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance is organized by The Masterpiece Ltd., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized and operated exclusively to support other public charities including but not limited to those operating in southeastern Wisconsin which provide medical and social service care and relief to underprivileged children and families through various motor vehicle-related fundraising events.
