LaMacchia named a director of The Masterpiece Ltd.

Milwaukee, Wis. (Jan. 27, 2015) – Ralph LaMacchia has been named a director of The Masterpiece Ltd. The announcement was made today by Leon Flagg, chairman – The Masterpiece Ltd.

LaMacchia, who has more than 30 years of experience in the consulting, design and construction of financial institutions throughout the U.S., is president and co-founder of LaMacchia Group, LLC, Milwaukee. LaMacchia Group, LLC provides planning, research, real estate, architecture, branding, interior design and construction for financial institutions. The LaMacchia Group, LLC also guides and manages credit unions and community banks through the evolving financial industry.

“I’m delighted to have Ralph join our ranks and lend his expertise to our organization,” Flagg said. “He’s a true Renaissance man with an eye for beauty in our world, an appreciation of history and the know-how to get things built. I look forward to working with Ralph to build a very special summer event in Milwaukee and the Midwest while bringing opportunities for a better life to the clients of our three charitable partners.”

“It started with my earliest memories at the age of 2-1/2, sitting in my uncle’s red 1959 Buick Wildcat convertible, and hasn’t stopped,” LaMacchia said. “My passion for cars has been life-long and I’m honored to be in a position to be able to continue my passion while helping the community and local charities through the Milwaukee Masterpiece charitable giving program.”

In addition to Flagg and LaMacchia, directors of The Masterpiece Ltd. include Ron Pace, vice president; Mike O’Krongly; and Karl Wuesthoff.

The Masterpiece Ltd., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, hosts the annual Milwaukee Masterpiece Concours d’Elegance; Club Saturday at the M, a casual car show; and the Style & Speed Social, a social event on the evening preceding Sunday’s Concours d’ Elegance.
Proceeds from the weekend events will benefit the Masterpiece’s three designated charities – Autism Society of Southeast Wisconsin, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee and Meta House. In 2014 The Masterpiece Ltd. distributed more than $37,000 to the three organizations. Since its inception, more than $187,000 has been distributed to charitable organization.

Now in its 11th year, The Milwaukee Masterpiece will unfold Aug. 22 and 23, 2015, in Veterans Park on Milwaukee’s lakefront.

Advance ticket sales will begin in spring.

The Masterpiece Ltd., a501 (c)(3) organization, is organized and operated exclusively to support other public charities including but not limited to those operating in southeastern Wisconsin which provide medical and social service care and relief to underprivileged children and families through various motor vehicle-related fundraising events.
