Concours Village FAQs & Information

  |   Is there security if I want to leave my items overnight?

Yes. Security is available from 6pm – 6am Friday evening through Saturday morning and again from 6pm – 6am Saturday evening through Sunday morning. It is recommended that small items be hidden out of site or secured within a tent area.

  |   Is electricity available?

No. At this time electricity is not available for Village exhibitors, however we do allow generators as long as they are not disruptive to neighboring Village participants.

  |   Can I bring a car to display?

Yes. The Concours Village does allow displays of cars. We do ask for prior approval to help ensure good placement and appropriate spacing.

  |   Do I need a tent or canopy?

Yes. To help designate the Concours Village from other areas within the grounds a canopy or tent is required. You are welcome to bring your own or we can provide one for you at an additional cost. Since this event is held at the lakefront all canopies and tents must be staked as wind gust do happen throughout the event.

  |   Are demonstrations allowed within Concours Village?

Yes. Demonstrations are allowed and encouraged. We do ask for prior approval to ensure that the demonstration will not disrupt neighboring Village participants and is not dangerous for spectators.
